What are my frequency options?
You can choose to have your order shipped monthly or twice per month, shipping on the 1st and/or 15th of the month. For example, if you use 4 bags of coffee per month you can choose to have 4 of the same variety delivered on the first, any combination of 4 flavors delivered on the first, or choose 2 bags to be delivered the 1st and the 15th

When does the 15% discount apply?
You will get a 15% discount on all Auto-Ship orders once your Auto-Ship service begins. The discount will not apply to the initial order when you set up the Auto-Ship.

Does my Auto-Ship qualify for free shipping?
Yes! Any Auto-Ship order of $75 or more qualifies for free standard shipping.

When will I be charged?
Your payment method will be charged on the 1
st or 15th of each month, according to your selected frequency. If those dates fall on non-business days, payment will be charged the following business day. If the charge is not successful, we will contact you to update your payment method before shipping your order.

When will my order ship out?
Your order will ship out on the 1st or the 15th according to your selected frequency. If either of those days fall on a weekend, your order will ship out the following business day.

What if I want to change or cancel my recurring order?
Orders can be changed, updated, or paused by emailed us at 5 business days must be given to ensure that your order is updated correctly. We will verify that your correspondence was received and processed.

Can I pick my order up at the store?
Orders selected for Auto-Ship may be picked up in the store on the day that Auto-Ship orders are filled. Use the shipping method “Castle Rock Pick-up.” One of our BMC team members will contact you to let you know when your order is ready.

Can I set up an Auto-Ship for a friend or family member?
Yes! You will select the coffee and frequency you want us to set up for your gift. If you are doing this for a selected period of time, please write in the notes when you would like the auto ship to discontinue. If there is a special message you want your recipient to know, you may write that in the instruction/message section as well.

To cancel your Auto-Ship, notify us through our website Contact form or by email at least 5 business days before your next scheduled shipment.
